Oliver Queen is now Barry Allen and Barry Allen is now Oliver Queen, but no one notices that something is wrong. Oliver Queen, The Fastest Man Alive Seeing Oliver act as Barry is absolutely fantastic in this episode. The little in-jokes that Amell gives, such as grabbing his leg, make the transformation and shift in characters more believable. Honestly, the discovering and understanding of his new-found powers feels like a great, albeit short, callback to the early seasons of The Flash. His excitement about being able to fight the way that Oliver does is very fun and, just like Oliver does, there are some great jokes about the admiring of the scars and abilities of Oliver. Oliver is immediately serious and Barry is at first ok with it and joking around before he realizes that Oliver would be together with Iris and his mood immediately switches. And then the two of them trying to convince the rest of the team who they are is often very funny which is surprising given the situation. There are also some very heartfelt moments where they are able to hear what an outsider thinks and knows about their current situations. Their interactions and explanations with the flash season 5 elseworlds other about what they can do is genuinely fun and it makes so much sense for the two to act this way together. Stephen Amell and Grant Gustin do a great job throughout this episode as well. Plus, Barry gets payback by shooting Oliver in the back as Oliver did years ago.
