  20. I don't know that you'll find many Iranian users on these forums, however I do see a number of providers while googling "iran hosting"
  22. You will probably not find many hosts due to sanctions and embargoes against Iran. If you need hosting in Iran you should look locally in Iran for places with physical locations, though the country is probably a poor location to host anything of importance due to it being an active war country.

  40. As stated above, Iran is embargoed from most countries. Depending on where you are, it is likely that you are breaking the laws of your country if you pay for an Iranian VPS. You may be subject to arrest or charges, again depending on where you are. You may be too small to be noticed or charged, but it is always a possibility.
  42. If you are in a country that is not participating in the embargo, then your government is at least aware of your activity, if not directly involved. :-)
