We are on our second baby and when the time came to opening a registry there buy buy baby no question about where to go. BuyBuy Baby has a great selection without being overwhelming, their registry staff is awesome as well as the staff within each department. They are very knowledgeable and if they don't have the answers for you they take a moment to see if someone else has them buy buy baby look them up. We hit a snag early on that almost made us cancel our registry at the store but he was great. He remedied the situation and won our loyalty back. It's because of him that we gave BuyBuy Baby a second chance when we almost wrote the store off early on. He definitely sets the mood for the staff in terms of being friendly and helpful. She buy buy baby us set up our registry and since then, every time we walk in she greets us warmly and asks if there is anything in particular we are looking for. When we were getting ready to announce our pregnancy, we came on to look for a gift for the grandparents. She helped out with ideas in the store and even pulled up the website to show us what we could buy and gave delivered to us. She has been amazing and continues to draw us back in to shop. This store and its policy are a joke. We registered here and immediately regretted it. So they want to take 20% just because of that. Jonathan spent over an hour with us explaining and answering each one of our questions that we had about strollers, car seats etc. He was extremely knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. My husband and I own a business and if we had an employee like Jonathan we would do whatever it took to keep him. This store doesn't give you the option to remove items from a registry you purchased elsewhere. Which is ridiculous, even if you call them they will not do it. Drove all the way from Newport beach to get the maxi cosi mico 30 in black and it was worth it. Kevin the associate that helped us compare carseats was extremly helpful and informative. He took the time to show us the carseats we were interested in aswell as the strollers. We purchased the maxi cosi and are def coming back next week to get the cybex stroller and asking for kevin. Great experience left super happy. Every single time we come in here we are greeted and helped by some of the most knowledgeable employees. Maybe it's just me but I've always come in with specific questions whether it's about car seats, strollers, buy buy baby bags or even about pampers and employees just really seem to know the answers. Well they had it correct on my order but never got passed to fed ex and was left out front. They also told me they would have them bring it in and set up when I called to complained they stated that would have been additional charge. As the store was closing they told us to proceed to the front 2 registers. As we got to the front manager close down one register.
