Often in life, we are faced with decisions, conflicting, challenging and complicated processes with an unintended butterfly effect looming at every step. Usually we can use gut feelings, integrity and past experiences to help guide the way. But when you’re the driver of change the waters are muddy and resistance is high. (Kotter 2007) asserts that leading change is both absolutely essential and also incredibly difficult.
The real hero here are the unmentioned, the long hour’s discussing topics, strategies and considering creative aspects to enhance the user experience.
