  1. What are you feeding your mind?
  2. Everyone knows the benefits of eating a healthy diet. Everyone knows that broccoli is better for you than burgers. Why then do people still eat at places and eat foods that they know are harmful.
  3. Compare some one who eats healthy with one who does not and you will find that the two not only have physical differences but also internal differences that you may not see.
  4. Healthy people plan so they are not put in unhealthy situations. They make sure to eat smaller portions. They plan meals to ensure that everything is fresh and natural. When going out to eat, healthy people make better choices.
  5. Healthy people are fit and trim. Healthy people are active and they like to get out of doors and play. You can find an active person riding a bike, playing tennis or some other sport. Healthy people do not like sitting around, they like getting up and getting their bodies moving.
  6. Healthy people have clear skin and healthy hair. A healthy person is usually happy, positive and loving.
  7. Healthy people live longer and with less disease. Inside a healthy person is a healthy heart and other organs. A healthy person does not deal with illnesses that either are brought on by weight or get worse because of weight.
  8. Healthy people have less digestive problems and sleep problems.
  9. It seems like a simple thing to be and eat healthy but then, why are we so conditioned to stay unhealthy?
  10. Is it convenience, a habit or laziness? What is it that makes people who know the difference between healthy and unhealthy choices continue to make unhealthy choices?
  11. Our minds are the same way. What we feed our minds is a reflection of what is going on in our lives today. Most people never do anything to feed their minds in a day. Instead, they rely on the old fast food of life and they indulge in mediocrity.
  12. The unhealthy mind does not even realize the junk they are absorbing every time they listen to the news, television or radio. The unhealthy mind does not mind what it watches, sees or hears.
  13. The unhealthy mind finds it more convenient to sit around rather than get up. Watching television is easier for the unhealthy mind than it would be to read something useful.
  14. The unhealthy mind does not watch what if thinks and what the mind thinks is in direct proportion to what is going on. The unhealthy mind talks about people rather than ideas. An unhealthy mind knows all about the famous people and the latest big news.
  15. An unhealthy mind is usually a complainer who much like the fat person complains that they are fat but never does anything to change that fact.
  16. When someone walks into the local fast food restaurant, he knows darn well that this is not the right choice. Likewise, when people engage in television, gaming and gossip they too are not making the right choice.
  17. Someone who does not feed their minds good and healthy foods are stepping up to the fast food counter every day and their minds are getting fatter and fatter with excuses, laziness and gossip.
  18. What are you feeding your mind? Are you feeding your mind broccoli or burgers? Is your mind fresh, alert, excited and ready to try new things? Do you love life or do you merely exist? Are you positive or complaining?
  19. In order to have a healthy mind you really need to go on a diet of negative thinking. You must clear your cupboards of the laziness. You must get up off the couch and get into action.
  20. If you are going to have a healthy mind, you are going to start associating with others who have healthy minds. You cannot hang out with a bunch of overweight people at the fast food joint and still think you are going to be healthy. You must start hanging out with other healthy people.
  21. The same holds true for your mind. If you are going to have a healthy mind then you are going to want to hang out with other people who have the same mindset as you. A healthy mind knows that positive people speak positively and negative people speak negatively.
  22. So, what are you feeding your mind? Is it healthy or do you need to go on a mind diet?
