  3. Self Study is absolutely Must — You must spent time on self-preparation apart from School and Coaching classes. Make a time-table which can accommodate the completion of the correct amount of books in the desired time. You can ensure this by allocating customized time to different topics, per your previous understanding on the same. Follow this tip and it will work wonders.
  4. Thx Sir Hoping for your reply soon..... Is it ok that I do it?? Everyone wants to make their future bright and so they have to face the competitive exams. Here are some quick tips on.
  5. Cons of the above schedule There is only one thing that may be disappointing for you — that is the time to wake up. After you complete a particular chapter, you should prepare a plan to revise it later. But sir I am solo weak in physics and for this I does not want that I am failed in IIT for only physics. In which portion you score most negative marks. If you can study 30 hours per week regularly for 2 years, it is good. No time waste He is not la a single minute. You can read our article on. V 3:30 — 6:00 Study Test Form Taking practice tests for 2-3 topics 8. See, how time management and planning your day are so related!.
  6. JEE Advanced (IITJEE): Ten Tips to Get Selected With a Good Rank - JEE Main Topper Prathu Baronia, who scored 342 marks out of total 360, also told Careers360 that time management strategy saved his time and helped him boost his confidence after hitting a few right answers during the exam.
  7. At the time of writing this article it's June, 2012. It's less than a year to the next IIT JEE which has been replaced by JEE Advanced. As of now, you first have to clear JEE MAIN and only then you get the ticket to appear in JEE Advanced. And the million dollar question is: Can I still crack JEE MAIN and JEE Advanced if I start my serious preparations now? The short answer is yes. This article is intended for students who, for whatever reason, have not already been studying for months, but who want to score high enough on the JEE Main to be selected for the JEE Advanced and also want to get a good rank in JEE Advanced. Read on to find out how. Your final result is a comparative rank against long term planners, who have been preparing for at least two years, if not more. Only a concentrated, industrious, and planned study plan will yield the desired score and rank. Drill yourself with regular numerical problem practice. By the time you go for the actual exam, you will have developed a knack for recognizing the type of problem at once, just by looking at it. There are two ways to find practice problems and solutions: a good coaching course or books on all the three subjects. A good IITJEE coaching course will provide relevant topic-wise modules of questions and solutions. It will also set pre-planned time limits for completion to help you pace up yourself. Thousands of students will be following the same course, so you will need other study tools to keep you ahead in the race. If you can't afford a course, there are other ways to access practice materials. With the right tools and a rigorous schedule, you will succeed. Make this your mantra: Practise the most relevant numerical problems daily, and that will see you get through the exam. Tandon Sir gud afternoon. I'm a student of Narayana college. I'm studying 11th class. Our college began recently and I'm not able to perform well in my exams. In 10th board I secured 10 gpa but now I'm one of the least rankers at my college. I don't understand maths very well. I can hardly solve a problem with great difficulty out of 30 questions. I'm too bad with numerical. And there is no proper time to practice as clg hours are too long. I understand the concept but I couldn't solve numericals. Please help me in solving numericals. Should I join any coaching center? I'm ready to do any amount of hard work. Please help me sir. Don't leave it immediately after solving it. Think over it, create a methodical way to solve all such problems, e. Step 1: check whether it's a permutation or combination problem Step 2;.... At last note it down in a indicative way so that you can recollect whenever you need. With this approach you'll win. Time and again I have reiterated the same advice and once again I'm emphasizing on the following things: 1. Prepare a good plan which you may have to tweak a little in your course of preparation. But follow it more or less in totality. On way to the exam day keep an eye on improving your speed and accuracy. Be ready to receive whatever luck has in store for you. If you make it, very good, otherwise you're destined for bigger things. So in case of a failure start dreaming for an even higher goal. Best of luck to you all. I am studying in 11 Karnataka state board. I am preparing for iit jee. I am not going to coaching classes but I have opted postal coaching. Sometimes I do not understand some concepts but my teachers tell they 'll help me but I'm a little hesitant. Sir ,by the way shud I start for jee advanced in 11?? Some questions are multiconcept related and I have decided I'll study in my holidays. Should I try those sums now?? And sir I'm not able to balance between my board preparation and jee. How should my time table be?? Should i give more time for jee or board?? Please suggests one example. Should I revise my complete 11 jee syllabus in vacations?? I am referring Arihant publications now. But I find sums less in those books. Which other books should refer? What can be done to prevent feeling distracted while studying jee?? How to stay refreshed while solving jee?? Any methods to stay focused?? Should I take leisure after studying jee?? Often I feel demotivated that I think it will be difficult for me to crack jee?? Any methods to feel motivated?? The postal coaching has synopsis. Should I study it thoroughly?? I study by writing important formulae and concepts. Should I continue it?? I have decided that I spend 3 days on maths , 2 on physics and 2 in chemistry. Is it ok that I do it?? Expecting reply from you as you are the only one who would guide me in wrong path. Plz answer all the queries sir. Some students have expressed their desire to get ranks within 10 or 500 or even AIR 1 etc. That's a very good sign of confidence among students. Only thing I want to emphasize is that if any of you do not get what you desire do not feel dejected. Your way onwards is full of opportunities and you have to toil for and achieve them. Best of luck to you all. I had completed my 10th with good marks. At, present I am studying at RGUKT-NUZVID. I am dreaming to crack the JEE. I am dreaming about the IIT'S from my upper primary sections. I had a problem in solving the solutions in physics. My name is karthik.. I had done my 12th board with 80% and I already attempted JEE main with44 marks without coaching. South point high school.... I am an IIT JEE aspirant... I am very serious about this exam... But there are few problems I want to share with you sir which I face.... Our school is in the morning 6-12 pm.... The entire time in school gets wasted and I return home tried at 2 pm.... After that I begin my study at 5:30.. Try to study 6 hrs.. But unable to achieve my goal mostly... I have proper concentration... But I can't study more than 1 HR at a stretch.... I have 3 tuitions and I have 4 days free in a week... My dream is to do chemical engineering from government college for better future aspects. But sir I am small weak in physics and for this I does not want that I am failed in IIT for only physics. Sir my Theory learning is very good. I scored 92% in 10th class. But now in 11th... I am getting distracted by games so i have stopped using smartphone. But due to a long gap in study schedule.... I am having a hard time to sit for study even for an hour. I am very serious about this exam but whenever i sit for studing i keep starring books. And also it will be very helpful if u could give your whatsapp no. Thx Sir Hoping for your reply soon..... Start after a good planning session. Plan with an experienced teacher or a senior. Try to do things far in advance. This is the only way to succeed. Complete as many revisions as possible before the exam. In the morning daily, close your eyes for 5 minutes and remind yourself with all your concentration that you are a 10 pointer and you can achieve anything that you want. Believe in the Almighty and believe in yourself. Plan, work hard and never say 'I cannot'. But make it a point to first understand the concepts very clearly. In a way it requires thinking practice. Looking at the problem you must be able to say which route your thinking should take. Once that is recognised the problem is not a problem. Thanks and best of luck.
