ALICT (African Leadership Institute for Community Transformation) program is a 3 month residential program based in Stellenbosch, South Africa whereby participants coming from all over the world take up this international leadership development program. 25 to 30 selected leaders undergo this intensive program where they are challenged to become the transformation agents for their nations, as well as they are equipped to be pioneers, discovering new landscapes within their emerging context to lead in fresh innovative ways.
