The guy may be sounding harsh but he has a point there.
People living abroad work through their noses to get noses to get earn and then you will send say $300 home and one stupid ungrateful relative of yourd will be asking if "$300 is what your mates are sending home to their families".
I have heard of people using jazz to call their relatives abroad to send them money.
It is after you have sent it that your eyes will clear.
So if he is vexing because some people are celebrating with the jazz money they collected from their abroad relatives while the relative in question in overworking himself to death then you cant blame his rant.
