  4. I've been working on this for weeks with no success. When I had 2007 it was 100%. With all my best, John I am having same problem.
  5. Our solution has been to open a new message, begin typing the suspected bad address until autocomplete lists it highlighted , then press delete key to remove it. You replied to your email and clicked send and receive. Go to: File; Options; Add-ins; at the bottom go to Manage add ins; go; and untic iCloud Outlook add-in and you're ready to go! In Outlook 2003 and older, go to Tools, E-mail accounts, View or Change existing accounts. With account selected click on repair. I am still able to send new outgoing emails, but it has slowed down the outlook send and receive all together because Outlook keeps wanting to send this stuck email first. Since then, this behavior is very strange. I have never had an Outbox in the Archive folder and cannot see why you would send an email from there. Your suggestion to use Work Offline worked but only after leaving Outlook 2010 in the Work Offline for many, many minutes. I Installed the latest hotfix from Micorosoft.
  6. Outlook is not sending email - Some of these are still coming back as undeliverable or rejected by the recipents too however. As far as it is, I have attempted to forward html emails but failed.

If you've somehow configured Outlook to not send immediately then messages could just sit there waiting for you to tell it to send them. If that is the regular Outlook archive there is something odd here. The main set of folders should include Outbox and Sent. A new email goes first in Outbox usually momentarily and is transferred to Sent once it has gone to the server. I have never had an Outbox in the Archive folder and cannot see why you would send an email from there. If nothing happens then it is not making an attempt to connect and your email will never be sent. Nobody seems to have noticed your reference to the Archives folder. I don't remember Outlook ever creating an archive folder automatically under normal working outlook 2010 not sending emails so do wonder why that has been created. As you say if working offline or not sending immediately, it should go to the Outbox and wait there until connection with the server is requested and established. Then goes to Sent folder. Who is your actual email provider. The email provider is a Company called Wavenet and its a free service. The thing is I just can not delete this account because there is so much going on withis email account. My email incoming works perfectly, before when I clicked send on either the reply or the new email it went immediatley. This is only a recent occurence, but I can still get incoming emails Do I take it that this is your query on the Microsoft website. If so have you followed the suggestion that you should not add the Archive Data file. From your log of the responses it looks like it is still present If you're still having problems then the Microsoft site really should be the best place to get answers. As above, sending mail from the 'Archive' Outbox is not normal. I would back up the. Go into Control Panel, Mail, and delete the current profile. Start Outlook, and setup the mail account s from scratch. If need be, import the old mail from the backup.
