Popular Diets: Vegetarian diet: Lose Up To 10 Kg
The diet is intended for those who adhere to vegetarianism, as well as for the purification of the body.
The diet is designed for 4 weeks, promises a loss of 6-10 kilograms.
General recommendations for each day:
- milk of low fat content, as an additive in tea or coffee - 250 milliliters;
- Mineral water without gas - in any quantity;
- A glass of dry wine.
Menu:
Breakfast. 15-20 minutes before meals, on an empty stomach, drink a glass of water with ½ lemon juice, sweetened with a sweetener or a teaspoon of honey. 30 grams muesli, or other dry flakes that do not contain sugar, a salad of 1 apple, orange, pieces of melon, raspberries, blueberries (to choose from).
Lunch. Something sweet: a few bars of chocolate, biscuits.
Dinner. Vegetable salad + on your choice:
- 200 grams of potatoes in a uniform with 10 grams of margarine and 15 grams of cheese of hard varieties;
- pasta from wholemeal flour, dressed with tomato sauce with garlic, greens and 50 grams of shrimp.
Afternoon snack. An apple or a pear.
Dinner. Vegetables, stewed or steam, without adding oil + plus to choose from:
- 150 grams of fish baked in foil with onion, sprinkled with lemon juice;
- 125 grams of boiled beans and toast from bread with bran and whole grains;
- stewed cauliflower with cheese sauce (12 grams of margarine, dessert spoon of flour, 250 milliliters of milk, 25 grams of cheese of hard varieties);
- 75 grams (dry view) of wholemeal pasta with 75 grams of shrimp or tuna, with tomato sauce, garlic and greens.
