  1. The truth remains that everyone wants to look young and stay young. Although the truth remains that no one can ever stay young forever but no one wants to rush his age or looks.
  2. But some diets have been found to seriously speed up older age. Some of them are what many of us consume on a regular basis. In this article, I am going to be talking about everyday diets that can make you look older than your age.
  3. 1. Sugar
  4. Sugar is part of our everyday diet and one of the most consumed foods. This is because partly everything we consume contain high amounts of sugar which are unhealthy for the body. This includes the bread we take, most of snacks we consume and even the every day diets such as tea and bread.
  5. Studies have found sugar has a negative effect on our health and could actually make a person to look 10 years older than his or her actual age although more studies needs to be made to verify this information.

  7. The body needs carbs to function properly but not the unhealthy ones. Refined foods such as bread, baked goods and other processed foods are large source of unhealthy carbs which are bad for the body. According to studies, they damage the skin collagen making a person look older.
  8. It is necessary that you focus your attention on more of whole wheat grains and vegetables for your carb intake.

  10. Taking in a lot of sodium rich foods could make your body retain water making your skin appear more puffier which naturally makes a person to look older than his age.

  12. Alcohol has been proven by studies to be dehydrating and has been proven by studies to have a serious side effect on our skin Health.
  13. 5. Processed foods.
  14. Most processed foods are made with lots of preservatives as well as contain a lot of unhealthy fats and lots of carbs which have been proven to affect a person look.
