  1. Bitcoin trading on Coinbase is a go to for most people, but there really exists a much better marketplace that uses ur coinbase login info. Coinbase Pro provides a much more detailed platform for cryptocurrency and the fees associated with all transactions are typically lower. Personally I shy away from coinbase as there are many other exchanges on the market that have lower fees. Here's some alternative links to coinbase.
  2. www.coinmama.com
  3. www.gemini.com
  4. Also, for a good wallet I personally recommend investing in a cold storage wallet. A leading manufacturer of cryptocurrency wallets is ledger, the ledger nano being the most economical. My other choose is electrum wallet, which grands the ability to make your own cold storage wallet on a USB or hard drive. Be very wary when choosing wallets, exchanges or faucets. There are a plethora of scammers out there that pray on the naive and misfortunate and if your bitcoin gets stolen, there's no way to get it back and it's usually impossible to trace the thief. Bitcoin is not inherently anonymous, all transactions are verified and stored in the block chain which is essentially just a digital running ledger that can be accessed by anyone, LE or otherwise. The only way to effectively disguise your bitcoin is to use a bitcoin mixer that mixes your bitcoin into a pool of other users bitcoin and then sends out washed" coins to the wallet address of your choosing.
  5. That's right people, if you're looking to use bitcoin to commence dirty deeds, you gotta launder it like any other monetary device. And it ain't dirt cheap :/.
