Just go on google, search for a file called (don't worry, this is 1000% safe) "malware 2016 latest", and run the file. Malware is actually good for your PC and it turns on a secret "hacker mode" so you can be like "Observer Hounds" (That PS4/Pc game from 2015, With Ayden Piercing, youlo?). The goverment just hide it from you because they don't want people to be the hacker. That's how you become a hacker. Yup. Trust me. I am a hacker for the Anonymoose (wink, wink)...
