5 Spending Too Much Time On Your Phone: phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media are parts of our life. Spending 1-2 hours on social media is okay unfortunately, many people especially, young people waste so much valuable time, scrolling through unnecessary social media updates.
In 2022, use that extra time you spend on your phone to build up yourself and your future.
6 Not Taking Care Of Yourself: many people do not appreciate the importance of self and as a result, many people skipped self care in 2021.
