  3. Hand washing is important not only for the transmission of SARS-CoV-2, but also for the rest of bacteria and viruses.
  4. Air pollution already kills more people than high cholesterol, obesity or a sedentary lifestyle.
  5. What can happen to you if you eat moldy bread.
  6. Regular hand washing has always been a recommendation from health authorities to avoid contamination by bacteria, viruses or other microorganisms. However, the message of reinforcing hand hygiene has been enhanced due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
  7. Recently, a new study has highlighted the dangers of having an open toilet seat, uncovered garbage cans, and faulty drains from spreading infections in public restrooms. 9. Specifically, flushing with the lid open, poor hand washing, poor cleaning, blocked drains, and uncovered trash cans all contribute to heavy bacterial and viral loads in bathrooms.
