Definitely don't recommend these guys, had a ticket open for 3 days now about my VPS disappearing from my VM panel (for the past month) and no response. Paid for a year in advance and that money is more definitely gone.

Maybe has something to do with it being the weekend? Perhaps someone in Sales or Billing has to take a look into it? Not sure, just want to see the other side of the issue as well. You state it has happened in the past so last time how quickly did they respond?

The image shows it was Support, and not billing or sales, BUT it does remind me of a host years ago that would pull such nonsense. Send in a support ticket, and after the first reply, they escalated to Level 3 for no reason?!?!? Then moved the ticket billing to verify nothing?!?!!? Then moved the ticket back to support?!?!? Dumbest thing I've seen.

They have a phone number and an email there, which you can use to try and reach them
I hope you have offsite backups.
I am guessing they migrated VPS to another host, but IP address did not switch over.
Or a server crash, and still recovering VPSes.

Definitely seems like a scam storefront and IMO they shouldn't be allowed to advertise on WHT. They currently have threads for both VPS, Dedis and shared hosted from only a couple days ago, so they're definitely 'active' on here. I've opened another ticket.

This is no good. They might probably deleted it by mistake.
How did you pay? Maybe contact your bank or paypal about this?

Try to find another communication channel to contact them. If they do not reply that might happen they did not get your initial ticket somehow. I recommend you be patient and try to make sure they aware of your issue. But if after that they will continue ignoring you that will not be good signal.
Perhaps @MoSalah might be able to comment?
I'm now in the same situation with another provider, does paypal can protect me against this issue?
This is "digital services" i'm not sure i can give my money back.

And how do we re-install etc etc? All it shows is "Status: Loading" and the IP.

I know we were late to answer the ticket as it was hold by one of our staff because one of our tech staff has a vacation and forget to forward the ticket to other tech staff,
But i can see other tickets were answered at the time, So we apologize again for this mistake, And it should not happen again.
