  1. We all know that prevention is better than cure and as such one should not joke with his or her health, so when next you notice any sign or symptom do well to go for a check-up.
  2. Heart attack is a serious condition in which the blood supply to the heart is reduced or blocked and this lead to loss of oxygen supply to the heart tissues and this can lead to death, so here are 8 warning signs that might lead to a heart attack.
  3. 1. Fatigue.
  4. Fatigue is one sign/symptom that one will be experiencing before a heart attack, although it occurs more in women than men.
  5. 2. Abdominal pain.
  6. Before a person suffers from a Heart attack there is always abdominal pain (mostly at the epigastrium of the abdomen) it is a sharp and stabbing pain that persists for minutes.
  7. 3. Insomnia(difficulty in sleeping).
  8. Heart attack always presents with insomnia( difficulty in sleeping mostly at night). Insomnia is also related to chronic cardiac failure and other cardiovascular diseases. Insomnia also causes increased blood pressure which can lead to heart failure.
  9. 4. Dyspnea(difficulty in breathing).
  10. Difficulty in breathing is one of the most common signs of heart attack, since the heart is not getting sufficient blood the muscles of the heart becomes weak and the heart is unable to pump blood to all part of the body. And because of this blood is not pumped to the lungs thus leading to difficulty in breathing.

  12. One of the commonest causes of hair loss is a heart attack or any heart-related disease. It affects mostly men compare to women and this is due to emotional stress or trauma

  14. An irregular heartbeat can result when the heartbeat is not regular and it does not beat with a continuous pattern. This is also associated with tachycardia (increase heartbeat) and this might lead to a heart attack.
