  7. If you are unsure of your fees or how they are calculated we have outlined some information on this below. The fee charged comprises of the Student Contribution Charge formerly known as the Student Capitation or Registration Charge and a Tuition Fee. To view programme fees for the current academic session, please choose a category from the menu bar. If you have applied for a grant you will be able to and have instant access to these services. You simply click enter grant details when you reach the payment page and enter your application number and fees examinations ie date you applied for the grant. Online Registration Our online registrations portal will open from mid August to enable students to register on their programmes for the next academic session. Students can pay fees quickly and easily using Debit or Credit card. If your fees exceed this amount, please check with your bank before you register. Students will not be allowed register until at least 50% of the fee due is paid. Students can pay any amount they wish online in numerous transactions throughout the year from mid August to 31st January but should note that all at least 50% of the fee due must be paid before the start of class to register and all fees are due in full by 31 st January to avoid financial penalties see below. After 31 st January access to services will be removed for students with an outstanding fee, including the option to pay online and access to examination results. January Start Programmes - Can be paid in full before the start of class or in 2 instalments of 50%. After 31 st May access to services will be removed for students with an outstanding fee, including the option to pay online and access to examination results. Fulltime undergraduate students who have applied for a grant and have not received notification of eligibility for the grant from the awarding body by 1st December must pay the fee owing to the Institute.
