  21. I'm not completely sure how this works, but here are a few links I found that might help you to understand how sitelinks are generated by Google, but may not include the specific info on how one can optimize their site for this type of results page listing.
  23. Note, the first two links are self evident, but the last one, I'm not sure about the quality or validity of it as a source, however, it seems to go a bit deeper in terms of what you may qualify as "need to know".
