Approximately 18% of our society recognize that they deliberately change the color of teeth in their photos with photo editing applications, because they feel embarrassed about the color of yellow teeth. This proves that having white teeth is very important to improve self-confidence.
Teeth can either be yellow or even tanned because of the blemishes that develop well on the tooth surface (tooth enamel, the outer portion of hard teeth and white) and the deeper tooth structure. Below the tooth enamel is a pale brown substance called dentin, which can become noticeable when the tooth enamel is thinning. This is common in most adults.
The older, the color of our teeth more yellow because the tooth enamel slowly eroded chemically, and this eruption occurs in a short time. However, this process can be slowed down by reducing consumption of caffeinated beverages (coffee, tea), quitting smoking, reducing consumption of soft drinks, fast food, and junk food.

Brushing your teeth after meals
The best way to whiten your teeth naturally is simply by brushing your teeth after eating or drinking a drink that potentially makes yellow stains in teeth (coffee, tea, soft drinks). Try to quit smoking and stay away from caffeinated or soft drinks. If you regularly drink caffeinated or soft drinks, try drinking from a straw and try to slowly reduce the frequency. Drink plenty of water to help reduce the negative effects of cigarettes, acidic foods, and caffeinated or carbonated beverages. If you are a smoker or a coffee drinker, consider going to the dentist once every 3 months to do scaling or cleaning tartar.
