2. When you reach a rep tell them that one of your orders are in a process of a investigation with the carrier and you want to cancel it as it was a false alert. Now make a story Up along these lines: "My girlfriend thought it would be funny to remove my "ITEM HERE" out of the box and leave the box empty as she lives with me and i'm always at work, she did it for a prank but i told her i contacted Amazon and she said it was a prank and gave my "ITEM HERE" back. I am really sorry, i would like to close the investigation as i am satisfied with my "ITEM HERE".
3. They will Ask for Order Number or maybe before. Depends on different reps honestly.
4. The Rep will believe you as their retarded like always :P Jk. And submit a request to cancel the whole investigation.
5. Wait few hours you will get a email its been cancelled.
