worst outcome

Mine is worst,I dare not enter under the rain even with an umbrella.It started when I was 14😩,I scratch like a mad person whenever rain water touches me and I be like dey bath inside rain that year😭😭😭..I've been to doctors and the only thing they could come up with was some yeye drugs and warning to avoid rain water but I love playing football in the rain nah,what do I do??
