The tragedies of open legs is what I see here.

Wickedness breeds in the hearts of the rebellious (those that flaunt the laws of God on chastity)
Remember that David could not hurt Saul even when the later was delivered to him
He did not allow his men to "pin him to the ground"
Even when he took the hem of his garment, he was "conscience stricken" and apologized
But after adultery with Bathsheba, he could murder the husband without qualms?
So where went Davids conscience? Of course stolen by the wicked in adultery!
