/u/IndustryInsiders is a fraudulent vendor on Dark0de and Torrez, who lists Oxycodone, but admitted in another thread that he was selling as the designer drug 2-Methyl-AP-237. 2-Methyl-AP-237 is a synthetic version of an opioid based pain drug used in China, AP-237 aka Bucinnazine: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bucinnazine. AP-237 already has a VERY high potency and is comparable to morphine on a pain relieving index (this does not mean that it FEELS like morphine, just that it alleviates pain as well as it)
"The drug was initially claimed to be a non-narcotic analgesic. However, subsequent studies have shown bucinnazine and similar acyl piperazines to be potent and selective agonists of μ-opioid receptor (MOR) with relatively low affinity for the δ-opioid receptor and the κ-opioid receptor"
You can read his admission here:

In the thread he is asked what is in his Oxycodone pills and he replies "maps 237" as he clearly misspelled AP 237, or is selling 2-Methyl-AP-237A and that's what the "m" stands for (which is what I have now come to believe)
Because he is not a native English speaker, he misspells a lot of things and uses grammar that it slightly hard to read and understand.

Here is his EXACT description for Oxycodone product.
"5000 oxycodone k56 as low as $3.25
No reviews, be the first!
Vendor: industryinsiders - 5.0
---Prices removed---
This listing is for 5000 OXYCODONE K56
Accurate shape.
Snap as intended.
Dissolve as intended.
The quality and press is near perfect.
These are made to replicate pharmaceutical versions so you can resell or have for personal reasons.
[Note the next two sentences. First sentence he claims these pills are pressed. Yet, right below that sentence he claims it is pharmaceutical Oxycodone.]
Pill with imprint K 56 is Pink, Round and has been identified as Oxycodone Hydrochloride 10 mg. It is supplied by KVK Tech Inc..
Oxycodone is used in the treatment of chronic pain; pain and belongs to the drug class narcotic analgesics. FDA has not classified the drug for risk during pregnancy. Oxycodone 10 mg is classified as a Schedule 2 controlled substance under the Controlled Substance Act (CSA)."
Notice how on one line he says the pills are pressed, which MANY people have claimed to me means "everyone on the planet knows "pressed" pills are fake Oxycodone", while the truth is much more complex than that and his intention is to deceive DNM beginners who come to Dark0de or Torrez with no knowledge of what's real and what's fake, of what prices should or shouldn't be, they may fall for this stuff. Then in the VERY NEXT SENTENCE he claims it's pharmaceutical grade Oxycodone.
There is unfortunately ABSOLUTELY ZERO DATA ON THE STARTING DOSE OR THE OVERDOSE THRESHOLD for this drug, since someone decided to take a relatively safe drug and add a 2-methyl group to it.
NOWHERE does he mention that the product is not Oxycodone, but clearly admits it in that thread from /d/rcsources. AP 237 or 2-Methyl-AP-237 aka Bucinnazine (The drug is used in China on severe cancer patients, which is an opioid, and has very little data about it's safety what dosage should be used is mostly unknown, however a study translated from China said the starting dose should be 30mg. HOWEVER, there is no dosage information publicly available for 2-Methyl-AP-237.)
When a Methyl Group is added to a chemical, it SIGNIFICANTLY increases the oral bioavailability of the substance and allows it to bypass the liver and could potentially cause liver damage if used for long periods or if the drug itself is particularly strong it can cause damage within six weeks or less. Without getting too in depth about the dangers of methylated drugs. A drug is classified as either lipophilic (which can dissolve into fats) or hydrophilic (which dissolve into water).
Because liophilic drugs have trouble bypassing the liver, sometimes a methyl or 17-alpha alkalyation molecule is added to the drug in question, which allows it to bypass the liver, but at the same type, it damages the CYP liver cells like cytochrome p450 and other enzymes. If the drug is particularly potent, it can damage the liver very rapidly. Other methylated drugs, especially ones using the 1-methyl addition aren't as hard on the liver as drugs like 2-methyl, which is what 2-Methyl-AP-237 uses. Because we don't know the strength/dosage of 2-methyl-AP237 there is a high potential for is danger on the liver and it would be advised to get a blood test to check for your liver enzymes such as Aspartate Amino Transferase (AST) and the other live enzymes such as ALB, AST, ALT, TP. You can get a very cheap liver blood test from "Health Tests Direct", simply go the ordering page and buy the "Hepatic Function Panel" for $38. You then go into a Qwest blood draw facility, they will draw the blood, test it, and then email you the results.
Health Tests Direct If you choose to use this drug. However, a full panel male or female test once a year is also highly recommended and is quite cheap from Health Tests Direct.

"Methods: A total of 66 patients with moderate and severe pain in advanced cancer were randomly divided into an observation group (34 cases, 4 cases dropped off) and a control group (32 cases, 2 cases dropped off). The two groups were treated with oral analgesics continuously for 4 weeks. The moderate pain patients was given bucinnazine hydrochloride tablets (starting at 30 mg, once every 6 hours, increasing by 30%-50% until the titration volume was reached), and the severe pain patients were given oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets (starting at 20 mg every 12 hours and increasing by 25%-50% until the titration volume was reached). The observation group was cooperated with filiform fire needling at ashi point, Zusanli (ST 36), Liangqiu (ST 34), Qihai (CV 6), Guanyuan(CV 4), Quchi (LI 11) and Waiguan (TE 5) once every other day for 4 weeks. The changes of numerical rating scales (NRS) scores were observed in both groups before and after treatment, and the amount of analgesics and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded. The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated."

"Abstract
Bucinnazine (1-butyryl-4-cinnamylpiperazine) is a synthetic opioid recently discovered in heroin seized samples in the U.S and in Europe. It was first synthesized in the late 1960s and has been used for the treatment of cancer-associated chronic pain in China for many years. Bucinnazine is one of the most potent compounds among the series of piperazines, which also include other relevant compounds, such as MT-45, AD-1211, and 2-methyl-AP-237, a methylated derivative of bucinnazine. Bucinnazine is considered a μ-selective opioid, binding primarily to the μ-opioid receptor. However, bucinnazine also may share several characteristics with other piperazines, which act primarily on dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine neurotransmission. At the present, bucinnazine is not scheduled in the U.S., as it is not a therapeutic choice for the treatment of pain. Nevertheless, with the advent of the cryptocurrency and the easy access of substances on the Darknet, bucinnazine is a real threat to the public health. This review discusses the main aspects of bucinnazine's chemistry, pharmacology, and toxicology and brings attention to the risk of the presence of this opioid in seized samples. Further studies on bucinnazine are still required to better evaluate its toxicity mechanisms, potential for drug-drug interactions, and abuse liability. Such information will be of utmost importance to guide future policies concerning the legal status of bucinnazine in the U.S."

These are the ONLY TWO English language studies on AP-237, and do not covered it's 2-methylated counterpart.

*** WARNING! ***
If you decide you want to try this drug after reading ALL these warnings against it, I have 3 recommendations for you
1) Buy from a reliable vendor who will tell you the exact dosage of 2-Methyl-AP-237 you are getting in each tablet or how to measure the powder properly. Since we have NO DATA on a starting dosage, people will have to be complete guinea pigs and guess at the dosage. And that is the major problem with opioids. Opioids can KILL you, and if you don't know the starting dose or the threshold to overdose, you might end up taking to much and dropping dead or you might get high.
2) Walk into any pharmacy in the US and go to the counter and buy 2 boxes of Narcan. You can buy the nasal or the injectable, but if you're planning on using this alone, you HAVE to use the injectable. If you start overdosing, you won't be able to maintain the amount of Narcan in your nasal passages to survive. Only an injection of 2-4mg of Narcan and immediately calling 911 is going to save you.
3) Of course, buy fentanyl test strips. Because this is a designer drug, it is most likely being made in the dirtiest Chinese powder lab houses where they throw one batch of what one customer ordered into their mixer machines, and then, without cleaning them out, just throw in the next batch. So you can get cross contamination with fentanyl, not to mention, any unscrupulous seller could just sell this as fentanyl if it comes in demand.
