  1. First of all, you will want to order a pizza (Or any other item that could optionally have allergens added to it)
  2. In checkout, put a note saying don't put a certain ingredient in (Allergen, I use onions normally)
  3. Now, wait until it arrives and chop up the allergen and put it on the food item (So I put onions on the pizza for example)
  4. Take a picture of this and then take the stuff off.
  5. Contact the company and tell them you are having an allergic reaction due to the allergen being placed on the food, if in a call sound distressed and short of breath.
  6. If they ask for proof send the picture to them.
  7. You will get a refund
