Rub the slices of bread with the garlic clove, then put them in a pan. Put one anchovy on each slice, and cover it with a thin slice of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some oregano and few dops of olive oil on each slice.
Finally, put the pan in a pre-heated oven at 220°C (430°F) for 5-6 minutes. Mozzarella must be melted and bread must be crunchy.
