Pathetic support once your course

  1. Hello,
  2. At edureka, I took a BigData & Hadoop Course from Edureka. Since I am a employed person, didn't get enough time to practice while course was on. Now when I am practising the course, m not getting the response which I use to get when the course was on(batch was continue). Precisely, Once the course is over, extremly poor support. They will not even respond unless you copy/mark Sumit(VP, Head of Delivery) on your email. This is really pathetic.
  3. One more thing, this is not at all paid review. If you want I can share email details here which I made between 22nd June, 2016 to 24th June, 2016 to the support team and SUMIT. But this would be unprofessional.
