The People’s Park In the Sky in Tagaytay is a mountain park situated in Mount Gonzales in Cavite, Philippines. It used to the one of the mansions owned by former President Ferdinand Marcos and his wife, beauty queen and politician Imelda Marcos. Imelda wanted a “palace” on top of the mountain and started the construction of Palace in the Sky. That used to be the name of People’s Park until the People’s Revolution ousted the Marcos Administration from office. Today, it is a public park and everyone is welcome to go there.
