  1. need help: Building Links for a Google News Site With 0 Backlinks. Dear Link Building Experts,
  2. Hi, I have a site that is Google news approved site that has zero backlinks.
  3. ++++++++++++++
  4. list of top cheapest host http://Listfreetop.pw
  5. Top 200 best traffic exchange sites http://Listfreetop.pw

  12. I have some knowledge about link building for a niche site. But I guess news sites are different so it requires a new strategy.
  13. The site has 32 Published posts and recently hired a full-time journalist who will be publishing at least 3 news articles per day.
  14. Topics covered are: Business, Sports and Entertainment
  15. I want to boost the link authority of the site to rank for low competition KWs in Google Search.
  16. I have a list 100+ of sites from BHW sellers that have an average of 50+ DA. I am looking to buy links from 10 - 20 of these sites.
  17. How should go about building links to this site? If you can give a few or perhaps a brief plan that would be great.
  18. DA isn’t irrelevant, but if you have zero links - the WORST thing you can do is to buy links.
  19. That’s how you’ll sink your site and regret it later.
  20. Here is what you should do. Buy social signals for your articles, build high DA profile links, build some niche relevant links on relevant forums / directories (these are hit and miss if you don’t closely weed out the irrelevant crap), quora, Facebook groups and reddit are traffic magnets ;) if you have a virtual or business address, build some citations (google likes real authoritative businesses).
  21. This creates a base layer and allows you to warm up with google. Keep in mind build 1-2 links per day, as you have more content up you can start to build more. And hey did I mention social signals?
  22. Once you’ve got some of these bits in place, you can get into platforms like medium and distribution via HARO.
  23. Here’s another thing you should be doing - take your important articles and break them down into key points, spend 5 minutes and make a PowerPoint presentation, upload it to presentation sharing sites. Spend another 5 and make an infographic, upload to infographic/image sharing sites. Spend another 5 and turn it into a video of your slideshow presentation (or you can get fancy if you want to actually drive traffic with that video and get a good video made - Fiverr) and well...you get the point there.
  24. These are all natural backlinks that any real business would have as their content naturally goes around the web and are good signals to Big G that your site is relevant and loved. Oh and make sure to keep up with your social media brand accounts.
  25. This would cover the basics. If you keep doing this consistently, you will grow, a lot. And when you do grow, don’t buy shitty burner links and ruin it all.
  26. Edit: Oh and be moderate with your keyword anchors, build mostly branded, URL and generic anchors.

  45. Thanks for the input. I am already receiving some traffic from Google news. So is it okay to start getting links to the site after I start receiving some good traffic?
  46. Guest posts + niche edits + premium pbns + some profile links as camfalogue links, and then repeat and repeat

  48. Yeah it’s totally normal behavior. The fundamental layer layer of links is something that a business / named would have normally. The contextual links are akin to users sharing the content and the brand gaining more publicity in places of thought leadership on the subject :)

  51. Stick to white hat, camouflage is really evident to google. If you’re gonna get into PBNs and GuestPosts, it’s not about how can I trick google, but rather how much can I get away with without getting in trouble?
