All the provider notices is that you paid with paypal.
This is a none issue, just give Paypal your Bank Account details within the portal.
The host won't see what payment method you used within Paypal, as that is the point of using it, it hides your payment details from the merchant.

I have tried with a couple of the most known cloud hosting but it was not possible to add a paypal account alone. You need to first have a credit card attached to the account before you can proceed ordering. when you ask them if they accept paypal they will say yes.
As for the hosting providers i summed up above they are all good in my opinion but i am asking because i dont want the hassle to go and create an account and add paypal but later on when i want to order they obligate me to add a creditcard which i dont have.

The option is available globally but it's generally only available for those with high value and high number of transactions with PayPal. It's called PayPal Billing Agreement and it allows you to treat your client's PayPal account like a credit card so you can charge their PayPal whatever amount and at anytime of your choice.
