Description:
Both parties need to be registered #bitcoin-otc members and will have to agree
to the trade in a PGP signed message. If there's a dispute the payer has
to send a PGP signed message to chmod755 to stop the payment.
The payer must send this message at least 15 minutes before the
payment should be processed. In case of a dispute chmod755 will keep the
full balance until both parties agree on a Bitcoin address to send the coins to.
