According to native Russian news outlet Vedomosti, Telegram’s Open Network is currently board personal beta, with many programmers and beta testers having access to the highly-touted cryptocurrency project. The outlet cites 2 corporations that are given access to the beta network as sources and provides no real detail on what the testing feels like.
