  2. But there are other healthier ways you can reduce your stress by also drinking some certain drinks which have been proven by research to promote better health and reduce stress of the body.

  5. For a lot of people drinking ginger is quite uncomfortable and some people don't even like it but it has a lot of benefits to the body.
  6. Studies show that drinking ginger tea or juice could have an effect on the serotonin levels of the body, this helps in relaxing the body nerves and reduce stress and anxiety you might be facing.
  7. Ginger doesn't have serious side effect on the body but taking them in excess could really irritate your stomach and make you uncomfortable.

  9. This is a type of drink that is made from apples. It is very healthy for the body as it helps in lowering blood sugar levels, maintain energy levels of the body and also benefit the overall health.
  10. Studies show that taking apple cider vinegar could reduce your stress and anxiety, it also helps in increasing the energy level of the body. But it has some side effects, some of which includes affecting digestive health or may affect the effectiveness of your medications.
