  6. ™ receiver for Keyword Found Websites Listing - I just encountered this problem and did find a solution.
  7. I've got the latest version of Citrix Workspace installed on a Mac which is enrolled in the Apple Macos Beta program. I realize this wouldn't be a currently supported configuration, but wanted to mention it here incase it is not related to the Beta, or feedback that Citrix might need. Description: Citrix Workspace connects fine and launches apps per normal, it it seems to run fine for about the first 30 minutes, but then after some time it starts hanging every few seconds. Hangs last between 2 seconds and a minute, with most hangs seem to last around 15 seconds. A hang is determined by the window becoming unresponsive and mouse cursor changes to a spinning colour wheel. I've attached some logs found in console. Many thanks We are also seeing the same thing. Extremely slow responsiveness as in even 5-10 second delayed mouse actions and frequent beach ball hangs when using Workspace 1809, though I think it's more the Citrix Viewer app. Worth noting we only see this with published applications. Funnily enough I did citrix receiver for mac mojave whether it was something else rather than Mojave, so I wiped my Mac and installed a fresh copy of Mojave was planning on doing it anyway. Having this annoying problem too beachball and citrix session freezing. Running in Mojave, a Citrix workspace Version: 18. Never had this issue in past Mac or Citrix versions. No beachball in High Sierra every 15 second approx. Problem happens on two separate organizations via citrix. Conclusion: the Citrix Version: 18. Citrix please fix this or give us a response. We have the same problem. Remove everything, and install Receiver 12. Citrix is not generally fast on the draw when fixing Macintosh problems. Hopefully, this will be forthright!. I just upgraded and removed the PreferMetalRendering no plist metal setting. Straight away I'm having odd issues. The session works fine for a few minutes and then the screen stops updating. I can tell the window is still there, as the cursor correctly changes to a resize arrow when I hover over the corners of a window, but if I click and drag the window, it doesn't update. Nor does anything else update on the citrix receiver for mac mojave. If I force quit the Citric Viewer and re-login, I can see the changes I made to the screen. Is there anyway I can provide logs or access to my system to help make the Citrix app better. Cheers Hi jharris583, Can you take the sample of the Citrix Viewer process when it is not updating and attach here. To get the sample open Activity Monitor app on your mac. Then select the frozen Citrix Viewer process in the list. Send the Sample report to us. I just upgraded and removed the PreferMetalRendering no plist metal setting. I get periods of screen unresponsiveness and sometimes a spinning beachball although more unresponsiveness than beachball, a slight difference from before. I'm using Citrix to remotely run Epic a medical records software application and am using Nuance's Dragon Medical One for voice dictation from within the Citrix session as well. I can use Epic alone without problems so far. We have addressed these issues. Tejus I upgraded to latest citrix workspace version 1812. Yes beachball spinning is gone but screening still freezing, mouse glitchy making session unusable. I had just installed workspace 1812 few days ago after seeing your post and also my citrix receiver would not connect to work network so I thought I'd give it a try. No more glitchy freezing screens. Can resume my work now. I'm wondering when we will have a stable citrix workspace client released?.
