  12. and all kind abuses from companies to people that use these services, but always the life or some companies, give you surprises in your life each day and more, bad surprises, this it′s the case of ARUBA

I was to test Aruba Cloud, more or less 3 years ago, exactly Wed., 23 dic. 2015 12:44 i start in Aruba Cloud for test, because i use during many years OVH, LeaseWeb, Contabo, and always test other providers, and i test all providers can, include many services from Russia, because always it′s good see new posibilities and services, i test recently hostinger, nice the company inmotionhosting, etc

Aruba Cloud during these years works nice, no many problems at all, and in the next months Alex - my friend - and Me go to upgrade services for offer this solution of Cloud with Aruba to some customers, actually we have some customers with his own accounts in Aruba, more or les 23 customers, and we manage the servers for our customers, servers level Medium and Big Space

But in our account have some servers 5 with price 1 €, and use for some test for OS distributions or templates give Aruba from his control panel, also we use for easy tests news control panels, reinstal os and after if all ok use in production or replicate websites, easy websites, for do changes, and customer reviews over changes
  17. For me happend today it′s intolerable, and sorry Aruba, but your way to proceed, it′s not professional, you can′t do this, never in more of 17 years working in this, never repeat, any company suspend me my account, NEVER

The strange it′s I change my PayPal method because i′m very tired of PayPal, and use my Debit Card for first time for add credit, and the payment do in 7 of this month, without problem, i use my card from bank and the payment 12,10 was added my account, until i get 3 errors when payment, because, i forget i have my card turn off, and activate for send the payment when i see error in payment, finally activate from my bank′s app and all perfect, and payment process without any problems
  19. During the time from 7 september 2018 to this day, 25/09/2018, never have any problem
  20. Today we receive strange email and tell only, suspend our account, no more informations about :

  34. Identity ???, ..... from 07/09/2018, until this date, i have in Aruba Account 8 EUR inside and in 07/09/2018, in this month i add 10 €, with VATS or IVA, 12,10 € and pay perfect and all

I call the number in Italy, and try speak in Spanish, and the guy theother side, tell me don′t understand me, i try speak in english, but the comunications it′s very poor, and this guy only tell me it′s necessary i send my ID, or Identity document and payment documents for can access my account !, i tell this guy what happend with my files, informations, my databases, all, all this things are my property and private, how it′s possible suspend account, without problems, and do this, why and at the moment nothing from support contact us for nothing

How it′s possible this, how can do this with 5 VPS inside my account, with zeo explanations about this and also how it′s possible do this when durin more of 3 years, always all payments are perfect and do for me, Pablo - Paul in English, and register all with my phone number where i receive my root password for access account of Aruba in first moment

Never see something as this in my life, never, only suspend accounts for send spam, phishing, or ilegal activities, but also, the websites have nulled traffic, and only speak about 2 orders, and one order it′s pay perfectly from 7 of this month and other order only placed, but no pay, because i placed other order with more money for use in aruba cloud account

Really sad all this, what happend with our files inside Aruba Cloud, all services and VPS are ok, and we pay all this services, i think Aruba know the privacy and this can′t do this in this way, because you can have your terms and conditions, but in this case ? what happend ?, i have personal account, other people we manage his servers have other concept in his account, but it′s ridiculous suspend our account when nothing happend, from day 7 of this month to 25 of this month, 3 weeks ago from payment, without any problem
  43. And when call support, never answer, nothing solutions, NOTHING, wait 24 hours with websites offline, verificate my identity card, why ?, I pay from my debit card and when pay with my debit card put my security code in my card and redirect to to my Bank, and before i can send payment
  44. Aruba if you can believe exists some problem, why don′t contact me, how you can do this ?, and create a several big problem, not only for me, for other people, can′t receive emails, can′t receive contact from websites, why ?

I hope this problem fix in the minimum time, but sorry Aruba, in these conditions, i can′t continue to believe this service it′s secure and safe, you kidnaped my servers, and also kidnaped my files and databases, need my files inside, because i haven′t backup from some files and i need, also i have money in my account, 15 €, what happend with all this ?, i want access my servers, because this problem no have any sense

Aruba company, i know from many years ago, you was my first hosting, and my first domains register, many years ago, when not exists for Europe other providers, and always think you′re friendly site for have your projects in your new Cloud Service, i hope fix this problem, and public here. Because, if this it′s one error think it′s important tell, ..... sorry it′s error, and if howewer i do something bad, tell me, ..... customer i need this but no suspend or hold account, and your sites for create a big problem, with SEO, informations and many things more

Really sad, this things happend, because if i can′t trust in one service, i can′t continue and grow in that company, the most important for me are my files, and fix this problem, i send you Aruba from ticket area my identity and documents with all data about transfers, and the last transfers, from PayPal in the last times, and the las from my Card with my Bank

Invitado: the only problem i have its that when put the card i forget i have deactivated from my app because always y pay, and deactivate the card because my cards have chip nfc and for prevent problems always deactivate, and when give error for payment forget activate, i put the card activate and payment perfecto, but this happend 7 september today it′s 25 and y my bank the payment it′s ok

Finally account it′s reactivated, but sorry Aruba, but your answer it′s very poor and these things don′t give me security for my websites and business, if provider as Aruba can shutdown account with 5 VPS, no secure for job, and also never give explanations, for me Aruba, it′s the last time, no more stay in Aruba, when the credit it′s zero, go out , no want more nights as the today, no want more problems, and no want more nightmares
