  14. Requirements:
  15. - Fully Managed
  16. - Minimum 3GB RAM
  17. - SSD 40GB minimum.
  18. - RAID 10 preferred but not mandatory
  19. - 1TB Bandwidth
  20. - Cpanel WHMCS
  21. - Daily backups, onsite is fine.
  22. - Ability to White Label, name servers & Cpanel etc.
  23. - Hosted on the West Coast of USA.
  24. - 1 IP address is fine, 2 would be a bonus.
  25. - Known to be reliable & transparent.
  26. - Email support is fine
  27. Will be intending on reselling hosting to friends who have taken an interest, hobbyist websites, about 4-8 word press maximum with light traffic.
  28. Currently Known Host meets all this criteria, but they offer 2GB & 4GB RAM VPS & the price of jumping up to 4GB is too expensive for me when starting out & not having any customers immediately.
  29. Thanks allot
  30. If budget is an issue and you have yet to procure any clientele why not start off with Reseller Hosting and build your way to a VPS?
  31. What sort of budget do you have? This will help us to point you in the right direction
  32. Virpus - Virtualizing the world
  33. Instant deployment on all services
  34. Bare Metal Cloud | Pure SSD VPS | SSD-Cache VPS | Windows Pure SSD VPS
  35. As you mentioned, 4 GB might be too expensive, but as you don't have any clients yet, a 2 GB VPS should be more than enough to start with
  36. Upgrading is normally a very easy task
  37. - RAID 10 preferred but not mandatory
  38. - Daily backups, onsite is fine.
  39. You should go to providers with Raid1 setup at least and backup should be remote. Some of the important things to consider.
