Figured I would give yall a shot at this diagnosis. Was transplanted in october, then this started happening...
this is all over, the plant
leaf tips becoming necrotic, all stem tips not growing

whenever my plants are dying or turning brown and i have no idea what is going on, i usually spray it with fungicide the $7 ones that sell at supermarkets, it slows down the browning a bit but sometimes it stops altogether.

also put it in shade, my avocado plants got sunburnt real quick and would turn like that.

The neighbors gardener def sprays chemicals i am assuming are herbicides. I wonder how sensitive avo's would be?
I moved it closer to the house, it will only be getting probably 4 hours of light a day there.
Also will be changing the nutrients up a bit, and hoping for the best...
