I ve been using relatively new GPT for a few days - Koinme. It is completely passive, all you need to do is to register to the website and start watching videos. Make sure you turn off pop up blocker for all sites in Chrome to be able to open their video tab. My daily earning are about 80-90 cents and there is a daily earnings cap which prevents overusage.
It is US only, withdrawal limit is $10 but you get $5 as soon as you register so you should get there in about 6 days. I cannot share payment proof with you yet since I have not reached the limit yet but I do have a payment confirmation from a person I trust, he received his $10 AGC 2 days after he requested it. Without this confirmation, I would never post it here cause it does seem to good to be true.
