Easy method on how to get PayPal money released from a 21 day hold, will not work for a payment under review. This requires work from the sender, so you can't do any fraud unfortunately.
1. Person A sends $150.00 to Person B as goods/services.
2. Person A disputes the payment.
3. Person A closes the dispute.
4. Money should be released.
This is helpful if you're sending from a business account, or if you can only send as goods/services. Done this a few times within a week, not limited.
