  8. 1.this is how you set it up go to stagevu.com
  9. 2.click play button to play the video
  10. 3.a pop-up will show up hit cancel
  11. 4.then when video is playing
  12. 5.right click then under preferences
  13. 6.look under Auto-update
  14. 7.change check for updates
  15. 8.from once per session to once a month then hit ok
