A man killed his better half before slaughtering himself at their home with their three youngsters inside, police say.
The lady, 26, was "viciously assaulted" before she was slaughtered at the house in Oldbury, West Midlands, police said.
The match's bodies were found by police after a neighbor raised the caution when they heard the youngsters crying at around 14:00 BST on Saturday.
