  3. try to eat natural foods and fruits because fruits also serves as medicine
  4. stay in a well ventilated environment
  5. check your cabbage as there are now rubber cabbage which is not good for health
  6. do not always take abortion pill as they can damage the womb
  7. stay away from enlargememt pill because of its adverse effect
