1.You get on the account either cracked or a personal account
2.Go to the livechat with a rep or call them on the phone
3. If it is an expensive item it is almost guaranteed to be signed for. So what you need to say is.
"Hey. I signed for the package but didn't open it until today and when I did I saw that there was nothing except an invoice in the box. What can we do to resolve this?
OR
"Hey. I just got back from vacation and had my neighbor sign for my package and I just now opened it and nothing was inside. Can you please offer me a refund or a replacement please?
4. They may ask for your name, address, and last 4 digits of the card.
5. Just wait and they will offer you a full refund or replacement.
