A taxi driver based internet applications, Uber, admitted to police that he pulled out a gun after a passenger claimed might throw up in the car.

Patrick McDonald told police he pulled a gun during a fight with his passenger, Shane Fabry, though the company prohibits firearms at the driver.
Uber confirms 67-year-old driver had been laid off for a while and is ready to work with the Police Florida.
