change language to a German search engine,
use footprint site:.de
"KEYWORD" site:.de
Intitle and inurl. More info here https://ahrefs.com/blog/google-advanced-search-operators/
intitle:"your keyword" inurl:.de OR intitle:"your keyword" site:.de . Also use good proxies or you will miss a lot of sites.
