Here's how it works:
You start by tipping WinBot 0.5 mBTC like this: /tip WinBot 0.5
(Only 0.5 tips work. Don't tip other amounts.)
You are now entered for the current JACKPOT (you can only enter once per JACKPOT).
Once 5 total people have entered the JACKPOT, the winners will be chosen!
Winners:
>>> One main JACKPOT winner will get 3x his initial bet...
>>> One Runner Up will get his initial bet back...
>>> The other 3 winners will get 10% of their bet added to their balance...
The JACKPOT and Runner Up prizes include a little bit extra to compensate for Coin Chat's tip fees,
