  1. One of my online faves is having a tussle with an Instagram vendor. Please people of God if you sale things online, try to be truthful and honest in your dealings. Don't promise things you can't give. Many people will use professional cameras to advertise their products and when the buyer gets the item it's completely different. It's unfair to deceive people that way when you know you wouldn't be able to refund their money when they ask for it. Then don't get me started on the rude one's who feel you're out to get them once you complain about a product. I remember patronizing one portharcourt lady that does handmade shoes that Stella advertised on the blog, her brand has an Italian name. I paid before delivery and was do excited to receive my shoes. I received the shoes in a torn nylon, I wasn't even upset but then the ballet flats sole had an opening like they forgot to chisel it and I immediately sent her the image. The other pair was of shoe was really nice. Next thing, she said I'm the first customer to ever complain about her products and that she is sure I'm just out to get her. I was too shocked to even know how to respond. No apology nothing, I wasn't even asking for a refund. Anyway, if you know you won't be able to part with your money if and when things go wrong avoid these online vendors unless you have real life testimonies. This is not to knock anyone's hustle but do legit business and people will patronize you.
