Tomorrow evening Brussels will be joining 25,000 runners and walkers worldwide in a virtual 5km and 10km route in full compliance with local Covid-19 guidelines. I am so proud of my friend Mark Pollock who has dedicated the past 10 years to curing spinal paralysis and am delighted to continue to be (a very small) part of his global team.
