  1. SOME TIPS about physical health:
  2. 1. Don’t get to involved with how weight you are lifting.
  3. 2. The weights are just a means to an end.
  4. 3. If you do more sets per exercise, your total training volume will be so greater that you risk overtraining.
  5. 4. You should train to failure in each set.
  6. 5. If you try to train too fast, you risk cardiovascular failure before you have worked the muscles enough.
  7. 6. Try to keep your rest periods between sets down to a minute or less.
  8. 7. Breathing: Just relax and let it happen. Don’t think about it.
  9. 8. Breathe out with effort.
  10. 9. What counts is how far you are able to go, not how fast.
  11. 10. The harder you can work a muscle using correct technique and giving it time to recuperate the more it will grow.
  12. 11. The human body has more than 600 separate muscles.
  13. 12. The point that, sooner or later, if you want a championship, you have to train with championship intensity, technique and knowledge.
  14. 13. Bodybuilding is difficult task, but can be one of the most rewarding challenges of your life.
  15. 14. Advanced training requires that you change your exercise program every three-six months, dropping certain exercises in favour of others.
  16. 15. Bodybuilding is as much an art as a science, so you can't always be governed by a rigid and unchanging program.
  17. 16. Another remedy is to increase the number of sets you do for the weaker area from 5-6 sets.
  18. 17. Competition training is aimed at producing complete refinement and that refinement is usually achieved at the cost of drastically slowing down muscular growth.
  19. 18. You and your training partner should create your own little world in which anything is possible.
