William Henry "Charge" Gates III (conceived October 28, 1955) is an American business head honcho, business person, donor, financial specialist, and PC software engineer. In 1975, Gates and Paul Allen helped to establish Microsoft, which turned into the world's biggest PC programming organization. Doors ventured down as CEO of Microsoft in January 2000. He stayed as executive and made the position of boss programming planner for himself.
